Self Pay

Any Insurance that we do not accept can be self-pay, which means out of pocket. Visits start at $100, but range from $100-$160 for just the office visit. Anything else done in the room is an additional charge.

ANY patient interested in having cosmetic procedures performed must first have a cosmetic consult with a provider.
